Shipping Policy
Here at OZ Sign Supplies, we’re committed to delivering your vinyl, wrap, tint, and signage tools quickly and reliably across Australia. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping process.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 24–48 hours after placement (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
Once an order is submitted and entered into our system, it cannot be modified or changed, so please double-check all information before completing your purchase.
Shipping Within Australia
We ship Australia-wide using trusted courier services such as Australia Post.
Estimated delivery times once dispatched:
- Express: 1–3 Business Days
- Standard: 2–7 Business Days
Delivery timeframes may vary depending on your location and courier delays. Please allow up to 10 business day for the order to be delivered by the courier.
Shipping Outside Australia
At this time, we only ship within Australia. For international enquiries or bulk export orders, please contact our team.
Important Delivery Notes
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We cannot guarantee changes after submission.
- If a parcel is returned due to incorrect address or failed delivery, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
- Once an item is marked as delivered by the courier, it is considered successfully delivered.
- OZ Sign Supplies is not liable for lost or stolen packages once delivery is confirmed by the courier.
- If your order is returned to sender, we must receive it back at our warehouse before initiating any resolution.
- For delivery instructions (e.g., "Leave at front door"), include a note at checkout and we will provide to the courier will do there best to follow your instructions however this cannot be guaranteed.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email notification with tracking details so you can follow your parcel’s journey.
Peak Season Notice
During peak periods (e.g., Christmas, sale events), please allow additional processing and delivery time. Courier networks may experience high demand, which could cause delays beyond our control.
Returns and Exchanges Policy
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If something’s not quite right, we’re here to help. Please read the policy below for returns, exchanges, and refunds.
Eligibility for Returns
You may return an item if:
- It was purchased directly from our website
- The item is unused, unopened, and in resellable condition
- You contact us within 7 days of receiving the item
- You can provide proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or invoice number)
Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Opened, used, or damaged products
- Clearance or sale items
- Gift cards or promotional vouchers
Exchanges
If you ordered the wrong item or need to swap for a different size or variant:
- Contact us within 7 days
- Once approved, return the item in unused condition
- Upon inspection, we’ll ship your replacement or issue store credit
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include clear photos of the item and packaging
- We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund at no additional cost
Return Process
- Send us an email with your order number and the reason for the return. If needed, please include a few photos to help us out
- Once approved, we will provide the return address and instructions
- Return the item to our warehouse
- Once received and inspected, we will process your refund, exchange, or credit within 3–5 business days
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or sent in error.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as OZ Sign Supplies is not liable for lost return parcels.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
